Operations Manager - NT Commercial & Council
Byron joined Active in January 2006 and is currently Operations Manager for Commercial & Residential, Northern Territory. Byron first started with Active NSW mowing lawns during his school holidays. Since then, he has worked as a Groundsman, Chipper, EWP & Crane Operator and complete his apprenticeship as an Arborist & Crane Operator qualifications. In 2018, Byron moved into a coordination, office-based role scheduling and planning upcoming works. Through this role, he developed management and interpersonal skills.
A year later Byron was promoted to Operations Manager in the Northern Territory which saw him relocating from his home state of NSW. Byron enjoys the NT way of life – a laid back pace and friendly community. He also feels privileged to have the remarkable Territory landscapes as his backyard.
