Currently, we are initiating an independent review of our carbon footprint and will soon be embarking on projects to substantially reduce it.
Active Tree Services has a number of environmental initiatives under way, which include:

Using the right vehicle for the right job – appropriately sized vehicles are used to transport staff to job sites

Fuel efficient vehicles – fuel efficient vehicles are procured whenever possible

Vegetation recycling – vegetation is recycled as mulch, and supplied to local organisations for use in gardens and parks

Paper and cardboard recycling – all Active Tree Services offices recycle paper and cardboard
As a matter of policy, Active Tree Services is serious about good arboricultural practices, and we always prune for the best health of the tree, whatever the circumstance.
Our management systems are accredited by SAI Global to AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004 for environmental management.
