Power Utilities
Active has over a million spans nationally where we provide vegetation management services. We develop and deliver cyclic and reactive vegetation management strategies to ensure that outage and bushfire risk is mitigated and managed.
Civil Projects, Road and Rail Infrastructure
Active provides arboriculture and related services directly for Road and Rail authorities. We work on major civil projects and with facilities management providers. Major works begin with strategy and tender submissions. These are often followed by arboriculture assessment, reporting and various project works and maintenance.
Councils
Active manages vegetation for over forty councils nationally, helping councils comply with their legislative obligations and reducing risk to the public. We provide risk assessments, development and delivery of cyclic vegetation management strategies and services. Services include inspecting, pruning and removing trees roadside, in parks and on council properties.
Bushfire Mitigation
We work with clients on bushfire mitigation programs to reduce risk to personal safety, public and private property. Programs are undertaken via assessment, establishment and maintenance. When adverse weather conditions threaten, we can respond with urgency and resources whilst utilising best practice protocols and conforming to legislative requirements.
Arboriculture Consulting
Our consulting Arborists provide surveys, including CAD designs and mapping and tree reports for utilities, schools, universities, civil contractors, asset management groups, community organisations and sports clubs across Australia. We establish databases of green assets from which urban forestry and canopy cover planning, beautification and habitat creation outcomes are achieved.
Environmental Consulting
Through partnering, we extend our Arboriculture consulting with ecologists and environmental scientists to provide an integrated service which delivers not only assessments and reports but Urban Forest, Urban Greening, Urban Ecology and Green Infrastructure planning.
Business Systems Consulting
